Allocating a removal crew is one of the most important decisions to take when planning out a move. Firstly, you have to supply enough men to handle the volume correctly. The general rule of thumb is 1 man for every 500 cubic feet. The aim is to be able to load up the van in approximately 4 hours. The second consideration is whether particular skills are required on a move such as being able to dismantle complex furniture or wrap fragile items.
